Fill out the inquiry form, and we will confirm the availability of your chosen bicycle as soon as possible.

Make sure to use the same name that appears on your identification document (a passport or national ID card is required to pick up the bicycle).

After reviewing your request, we will send you a confirmation in the form of an invoice, subject to the bicycle's availability.

To confirm the booking, please transfer the full amount to our account.
We accept only bank transfers in euros.
The account holder's name must match the name of the person who made the booking.

If you prefer to pay in person, please do not use the online booking system, as we do not confirm reservations without prior payment. Instead, you are welcome to visit our shop directly to make a reservation and pay by cash or card.

We require a security deposit for every rental.
The deposit is €100 for Gravel bikes and e-Bikes, and €50 for all other bicycles.
